How do I take care of my candle?
Allow the wax to develop a full melt pool on the first burn, to avoid tunneling. This may take a few hours. On every single burn, TRIM YOUR WICK. Wooden wicks are fragile and require a little extra TLC. You could use your fingers to break off the black bits at the top or invest in a wick trimmer, which we sell :)
How long should I burn my candle?
Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. Never leave your candle unattended and remember to extinguish.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Ascent Candle Company does not offer refunds. However, if your items arrives damaged we will happily offer a replacement of the exact same item.
How long does shipping take?
You can expect your items within 7-10 business days.
